Where $\theta$ is the angle formed

by the direction of $\overrightarrow{a} and \overrightarrow{b} and \overrightarrow{u}$ is a

unit vector perpendicular to the plane of $\overrightarrow{a} , \overrightarrow{b} , \overrightarrow{u}$ form a

clockwise system.
